Datenschutzhinweise zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten durch KeenHub und KeenCollab
Hiermit informieren wir Sie entsprechend Art. 13 der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) darüber, welche personenbezogenen Daten bei der Nutzung unserer B2B-Plattform erfasst werden, wie diese verwendet werden und welche Rechte Ihnen zustehen.

(Hinweis: Für die von den jeweiligen Kundenunternehmen (Ihren Arbeitgebern/Auftraggebern) in das System eingegebenen Inhaltsdaten agieren wir rechtlich als Auftragsverarbeiter gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO).
2. Datenverarbeitung durch die Plattform und ID Austria
Wir verarbeiten Ihre Daten, um Ihnen im Auftrag Ihres Unternehmens den Zugang zur Plattform bereitzustellen und eine sichere Nutzung zu gewährleisten. Die Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Bereitstellung eines sicheren B2B-Dienstes (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) sowie die Erfüllung vertraglicher Pflichten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Bei der Authentifizierung via ID Austria stützen wir uns auf Ihre ausdrückliche Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
Wir verarbeiten folgende Kategorien personenbezogener Daten:
A. Daten bei der Anmeldung via ID Austria:

Identitätsdaten: Vorname und Nachname

Geburtsdatum: Zur eindeutigen Identifikation

Eindeutige Kennziffer (bPK): Das bereichsspezifische Personenkennzeichen (bPK-[Kürzel]). Dies ist eine verschlüsselte Ableitung, die uns eine eindeutige Zuordnung Ihres Logins ermöglicht, ohne Ihre behördliche Stammzahl zu speichern.
B. Plattform- und Nutzungsdaten:

Stammdaten: User-ID, Anzeigename, zugehöriges Kundenunternehmen.

Kontaktdaten: E-Mail-Adresse (z. B. für Systembenachrichtigungen, Termineinladungen und Passwort-Resets) sowie optional die Telefonnummer.

Geräte- und Protokolldaten: IP-Adressen mit Zeitstempel, Gerätename, Art des Endgerätes (Mobil/Desktop) und Betriebssystem (Speicherung in für den Betrieb und die Sicherheit technisch nötigen Logdateien).

Kommunikationsdaten (falls zutreffend): Kalenderdaten (Titel der Besprechung, Teilnehmerliste, Host-Rolle). IP-Adressen bei Audio-/Video-Telefonie (wir speichern jedoch keine Audio-/Video-Inhalte).

Benutzerinhalte: Alle Daten, die Nutzer im Rahmen der Kundenumgebung in das System eingeben.
3. Kategorien von Empfängern der personenbezogenen Daten
Ihre Daten werden vertraulich behandelt. Innerhalb unserer GmbH erhalten nur Personen Zugriff, die diesen zur technischen Bereitstellung und Fehlerbehebung benötigen. Zudem setzen wir externe Dienstleister (z. B. Hosting-Provider aus der EU) ein, die als weisungsgebundene Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO) fungieren und mit denen strenge Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen bestehen. Eine Übermittlung der durch ID Austria verifizierten Identitätsdaten an unberechtigte Dritte findet nicht statt.
4. Dauer der Datenspeicherung
Wir speichern Ihre Profil- und Logindaten für die Dauer der Vertragslaufzeit des jeweiligen Kundenunternehmens oder bis Ihr Account durch den Administrator Ihres Unternehmens gelöscht wird. Reine System-Logfiles (wie IP-Adressen zur Sicherheitsüberwachung) werden automatisiert gelöscht. Gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bleiben hiervon unberührt.
5. Ort der Datenverarbeitung
Ihre Daten werden ausschließlich auf Servern innerhalb der Europäischen Union (Deutschland und Östereich) verarbeitet.
6. Ihre Rechte
Ihnen steht das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO), Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) sowie auf Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO) zu.
Sie haben zudem das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung (z.B. zur ID Austria Nutzung) jederzeit zu widerrufen, ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung berührt wird.
Widerspruchsrecht: Sie haben das Recht, der Datenverarbeitung, die auf Grundlage von berechtigten Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) erfolgt, jederzeit zu widersprechen. Senden Sie hierfür ein E-Mail an die unter Punkt 1 genannten Kontaktdaten.

7. Pflicht zur Bereitstellung der personenbezogenen Daten
Die Bereitstellung der Daten ist für die Nutzung der Plattform und die eindeutige Zuordnung zu Ihrem Unternehmens-Account technisch und sicherheitsrelevant zwingend erforderlich. Ohne diese Daten können wir Ihnen keinen Zugang zur Plattform gewähren.

In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).
